Not at all. Most volunteer roles are simple, low-pressure ways to help, and an experienced volunteer or Booster will give you instructions before your shift begins.
Choose a job that feels comfortable, ask as many questions as you need, and let us know if it is your first time. We want volunteering to be welcoming, useful, and fun—not stressful.
